Apple Helpline
Gluji is the umbrella company for a number of Apple Mac related support sites (Apple Helpline, Mac Helpline and iPod Helpline). As I am so busy in my day-to-day work (academic research), I have taken these sites offline. For the foreseeable future, I will simply use Gluji as an online blog providing updates and support on Apple products as and when I find the time! If you are within your one-year warranty or have purchased AppleCare (extended 3-year warranty) then I strongly suggest that you contact Apple directly.
After all, you have paid for this service!
Apple provide excellent support options and service. Through personal experience they often go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure your Apple issues are resolved quickly and easily.
It is the aim of the Gluji site to provide this same level of friendly service. If you are outside of these warranty periods or would just like personal contact with a Mac specialist then I can help!

Apple Genius Bar
Within each Apple store, you will experience the Apple Genius Bar.
This is where Apple provide a face-to-face service and you can obtain help, support and hardware service.
Although you can simply take your Apple product into a store for assistance, I strongly suggest pre-booking an appointment at the Genius Bar.
This will save you time queueing and you can pre-warn the employees at the store with details of the type of issue you are experiencing.
